Scheduled Flights to and from Block Island

Daily schedule of flights to Block Island begins at 7:30am (year 'round) from Westerly, RI. New England Airlines has been providing daily scheduled air service to Block Island as a certificated Commuter Airline since 1970!

Westerly, located just off Interstate 95 is an easy drive, or train ride from anywhere in New England. (AMTRAK serves Westerly with daily trains between Washington/New York and Boston)

Friday & Saturday until 6:30 pm *

Block Island to Westerly:

8:00am - 6:00 pm – just about EVERY HOUR on the hour, Every Day!
Friday & Saturday until 7:00pm*

Off-Season Schedule

Westerly to Block Island:

7:30am - 4:30 pm -- Half past every OTHER hour, Every Day!

Block Island to Westerly:

8:00 am - 5:00 pm -- every OTHER hour on the hour, Every Day!

Hazardous Materials: New England Airlines cannot carry any Hazardous Materials on its
aircraft. Please check with the reservation’s office regarding any questions about your baggage
or freight. Common Haz Mat items we cannot accept are batteries, bleach, paint products, gas
engine equipment, 140 proof alcohol, dry ice, items under pressure and anything combustible,
flammable, corrosive etc. Acceptable personal amounts and limitations are listed on the FAA
Pack Safe website. https://www.faa.gov/hazmat/packsafe . Haz Mat regulations impose
significant penalties for carriage of Haz Mat in baggage or as freight.
