In the interest of providing you the best on-time service, we ask that you check in 30 minutes before your scheduled flight.
Flights are closed 15 minutes before departure. Unclaimed/reserved seats may be released to stand-by passengers 15 minutes before flight.

PET POLICY:
Pets are conditionally accepted and must not pose a threat or hazard.
Passengers traveling with dogs are subject to fees. All passengers with a dog(s) weighing 25 pounds or more will be assessed a $25 fee, one way ($50 round trip) per dog. Reservations for pets must be made ahead of time directly with a reservation agent. There is a pet capacity on each flight, first come first served.
BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE:
3 Pieces totaling 45-50lbs Per Person
Additional items or weight will be carried as space allows, and subject to additional charges.
Smaller bags and/or carry on suitcases (22" x 14" x 9") are acceptable. Any oversized suitcases are subject to charges and space availability.
No bag or suitcase should weigh more than 50lbs.
Please have all bags closed/sealed. This will eliminate the chances of items falling out or being lost.
Larger items such as bikes, surf boards and beach chairs are subject to charges and space availability.
Group Reservations:
Parties of 4 or more are considered a group reservation. A credit card is required for all group reservations. Please allow a 24 cancellation from departure time to avoid any penalties.
REFUND POLICY:
Return tickets (gold tickets) are valid 12 calendar months from date of purchase.
Refunds are given to the same form of payment from original purchase. The refund amount is the difference from a roundtrip to a one way ticket.
Refunds are only given when a gold ticket is turned in.
Hazardous Materials:
New England Airlines cannot carry any Hazardous Material on its aircraft. Please check with the reservations office regarding any questions about your baggage or freight. Common Haz Mat items we cannot accept are batteries, bleach, paint products, gas engine equipment, 140 proof alcohol, dry ice, items under pressure and anything combustible, flammable, corrosive, etc. Acceptable personal amounts and limitations are listed on the FAA Pack Safe website https://www.faa.gov/hazmat/packsafe.com Haz Mat regulations impose significant penalties for carriage of Haz Mat in baggage or as freight.
